Awesome fish and chips. Tried the haddock. Lovely batter and nice dips as well. But may be search is better. Will try that next round. The haddock, a little bit hard inside to my liking. Can be better .. may be still hard from frozen? The shop is clean but overall Qisna Cosway is a bit run down and need some upgrade.

A new fish and chips place on the block. Hidden deep inside Wisma Cosway is a new Fish and Chips place hailing from Singapore. It can get crowded during lunchtimes but the crowd moves fast. The boss and the servers were friendly and very attentive. We went for their normal fish and chips which goes for 29.90 with mushy peas and tartar sauce. We had one with thick chips and one with thin chips. The thin chips were more like french fries, crispy and the thick chips were more like the one you get from fish and chip shops. Personally prefer the thick chips. When the fish and chips came, they came in piping hot and fresh. Their batter is more on the crispy side. It has a nice flavor to it and not just the batter flour doughy type flavor. Very hard to describe. The meat to batter ratio was also good, more meat with a thin crispy batter. Recommend to pair with their coleslaw and lemonade We finished it. We can feel that they use clean oil all the time. 10/10 would recommend to get fish and chips.

Newly re-opened Lad & Dad at Wisma Cosway. Fish & chips that are done really well. Had the classic perch. Crispy on the outside and flaky and moist fish on the inside. The sauces were also really nice with the sambal aioli that's unique to this KL outlet and pairs really nicely with the fish. The thing I really commend them on was that I had 3 chips left and wanted to takeaway for my son at home coz he likes chips. When I got the packed chips, it was hot and had a weight to it. I opened it and it was freshly fried chips that was more than my leftover. Talk about doing a little more than your usual hospitality and service! Something I really admire and appreciate. Will definitely be back just because of this gesture.

Menu has very limited option but food quality is simply amazing! Classic perch fish n chips 10/10 (generous portion of fish & chips! Free 2 sauce of your choice, I personally love mushy peas even though I'm a big fan of tartar sauce!) Ice lemonade 8/10 Customer service 10/10 Environment 6/10 (I think this place looks whole lot better if it's fully covered, just like when it's closed ) Internet connection has to be improved! It's quite difficult to scan, order & pay. I hope you'll have more varieties like fish burgers & etc, will definitely come back again!

This fish and chips is definitely to go for, just the right batter thickness, fish is fresh and the choice of two types of fish, perch and premium haddock fish. I had the premium haddock and the batter was crunchy and crispy and the chips were just the right size and texture. It is taste even better if you add vinegar into it, yum yum. Reminds me of my downunder days

Really friendly service, and our fish n chips came pretty quickly. We even got free drinks for following them on IG. Menu is simple, fish n chips (2 versions, 1 cheaper, 1 more expensive). We tried both, the more expensive fish had a nice firmer texture and flaky flesh, but the fishy smell was strong. The cheaper fish is more mushy compared to the expensive fish but didn't hv that fishy smell. I prefer the cheaper fish. The batter was nice, very crispy indeed. It is slightly greasy as it was deep fried, but I had no issues finishing the entire portion. Fries were fresh, sauces were good. We actually prefer this Fish n Chip as compared to the competitor within the same building.

We had the classic perch with original thick cut chips. For the sauce, we chose tartar sauce, the mushy peas and we ordered extra sambal aioli. Love them all! Especially the thick cut chips and the mushy peas! Easily one of the best fish n chips in town. Oh, we were served with home made lemonade for free as they were about to close for thr night. Great service! Great taste! 2 happy customers!
